I tried reseting it , they gave me a temporary one can't make that one work either , i got a messasge that i may have to contact tech support by phone and have them clear all passwords , should that be my next move ?

Only after you've checked to make sure you don't have "Caps Lock" turned on.

I tried resetting twice and can’t find the customer service number!
