I upgraded a couple bodies recently and wanted to do some housekeeping on My Canon Account to remove old bodies and purchase CarePaks for the new bodies. I haven't done housekeeping in a long time so there was a decent amount of work to be done.
The representative, Altia could not have provided any higher level of service then she did during our call. My account is cleaned up and accurate to my current gear, the new equipment has CarePaks and she even set up a refund (pro-rated) for the balance of CarePaks I had on the old traded equipment.
She like many others I have contacted at Canon was one of the nicest people to work with, helpful, kind and laser focused. This is one of the reasons I have spent more than four decades carrying Canon Gear...... and the gear is pretty nice too.
