How to return defective toner cartridges

Hello, we bought a bundle of this toners and some of them are defective. 

What are the steps and paperwork required to obtain warranty assistance?

Hi, leonhh!  We recommend contacting your vendor to see how they might be able to help you.  If you ordered these toner cartridges directly from Canon USA, please call our sales team at 1-800-385-2155 or chat with the HERE and they'll be happy to assist you.  They're available Monday through Friday.

If you're based outside the USA, you'll want to contact the Canon company that serves your part of the world.  You can look them up HERE.
