Trying to print a label to recycle my used Toner cartridges. I have tried for 2 weeks and it keeps telling me I have encountered an error and to try later. I have used this several times in the past and never had any issues. Is there another way to get a prepaid label to return my cartridges?

Had a similar problem of not printing; get error message. At the suggestion of my wife, I shut off the printer and started over. It worked.
