I recently placed an order on the Canon USA website as a guest. Unfortunately, I made an error when placing the order and would like to cancel it as soon as possible. Since I placed the order as a guest, I cannot manage it through a MyCanon account. I also noticed that customer service via phone is unavailable over the weekend. Is there any way to cancel an order placed as a guest? Can I use online chat or email to reach Canon support for assistance?

Even as a guest you would have been given an order number when you initiated the purchase.
Give the Canon sales team a call at 800-385-2155. I'm sure they'll do what they can to help you
