I’ve made 2 purchases online and had them cancelled by canon. I am not sure if it’s something I’m doing wrong but the charge goes through and then the email comes in 5 hours later cancelled.
im pretty fed up with it! I hate going to Best Buy for products and wondered if anyone else has this issue

Order cancellations are usually the result of an address mismatch or some other security related issue. Anti-Fraud, etc.
The best thing to do is contact Canon sales directly. They can tell you why the orders are being canceled and assist with resolution.
