EOS Utility isn't working on either of my devices.

I have a MacBook Air (currently on Sequoia 15.0.1, latest version) and an Android phone (also on the latest version) and neither of the apps are working. I've even tried to delete the software from my laptop and re-install it and it doesn't work. I don't know what to do. My camera is an EOS M200.

Canon doesn’t yet list software for Sequoia. You could try EOSU for Sonoma.

itsmemiana,

I could be wrong, but I think that EOS Utility only works in Windows.

As of 10/22/2024, this was a response from a Canon representative to another user in another thread:

"While EOS Utility currently doesn't have an update available for Sequoia yet, one thing you might try is changing the version to Sonoma and try the previous version. While we can't guarantee functionality, some users have had success doing that in the past. Otherwise, keep an eye out for updates on when that version for Sequoia will be available! ."

I have never heard of EOS Utility working with Android.

I personally use the Camera Connect and Control app with my Android devices.

The most current version of EOS Utility can be found at https://canon.us/eu
The macOS version as of today is 3.18.41. It works on my Mac Mini on macOS Sequoia 15.1 (even though Canon Japan hasn't updated the page to say Sequoia is officially supported yet)EU 3.18.41 on macOS 15.1EU 3.18.41 on macOS 15.1
