Hello Gwenn.

The CanoScan LiDE 110 and LiDE 210 series scanners are able to scan and save images to TIFF format.  These scanners are also compatible with Windows XP as well.

Of course the CanoScan LiDE 110 and LiDE 210 series scanners are able to scan and save images to TIFF format.Besides,IF you want to scan to tiff, you can also have a imaging SDK.
