Copy button has completely quit working with latest Windows upgrade. Installing new driver did not help, although the notes about the driver noted the problem. Any ideas?

My copy button produces blank paper from my printer. I hear it scan, but blank paper comes out.

That is exactly what mine does too. It seems to work otherwise, but I would like the copy button to work.

This issue is related to the installation of one of the latest updates from Microsoft.

 

To resolve this, please use Windows Update to update Windows, making sure that KB5001567 and KB5001649 are installed.
