What's the difference between the MF753Cdw and MF753Cdw II printers?

I'm interested in buying a MF753Cdw Color printer/copier but I see that a “MF753Cdw II” model is now available (for slightly more money).

What distinguishes the “non-II” printer from the “II” printer? Is the “II” just the latest revision of the same basic device? Is it better in some way that a firmware-upgrade to the “non-II” printer wouldn't deliver? Is it worth US$50.00 more money?
