Unable to uninstall EOSWebcamUtility from "Installed Apps"

I was trying to do a full uninstall and reinstall to try to fix another problem I had been facing, but now I am left with it erroring out stating "There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor"

Version: 2.0.12

When I have problems with Windows’s I perform a registry clean using the free CCleaner app.

Thank you Mr. Hoffman for your suggestion. Unfortunately this did not resolve the problem.

Jrhoffman75's recommendations are always solid.

I have used a similar tool from Microsoft.

Microsoft Install Uninstall Troubleshooter

Runs on W10, but should work on W11 too.  Be sure you follow the instructions and dialogs.

Hope it helps.
