EOS M50 Mark II won't connect to EOS Webcam Utility

hi i have canon eos m50 mark ii and i have problem with webcam utility pro here is some information i bought hdmi video capture and micro hdmi and i cant connect to utility program i dont know is it dont recognize the camera or idk what its just black image that sas eos webcam utility i have this problem one week i cant solve it can someone help me

The EOS Webcam Utility needs a direct USB connection from the camera to the computer. It is not able to recognize HDMI connections.

For an HDMI set up with a capture card you will need to use capture software on your computer to output the video feed to your streaming or conferencing service. We do not make capture software through Canon, so there aren't specific ones we would recommend. The company that makes your capture card may have information on capture software you can use with your capture card.
