Cancelling EOS Webcam Utility

I have looked everywhere in my Canon Dashboard, as well as my subscriptions tab and I can not figure out how to cancel my subsctiption to EOS Webcam Utility. I was wondering if there was something I am missing, maybe I am looking in the wrong place, no clue. I just need help, or for somebody at Canon to cancel my subscription.

This use to work, I go to it today and it still says view and manage, but the only thing that it lets me change is the address and card info. Where is the cancel button on the screen? I also changed my card on payments, but it is still inside my subscriptions on that subscription.

There is more than one way to do this. I'll post the step-by-step, and the shortcut.

  1. Log into your My Canon Account. (Shortcut here: https://canon.us/account )
  2. Tap My Subscriptions in the bottom left. (Shortcut here: https://canon.us/mysubscriptions )
  3. Tap View Subscription under "EOS Webcam Pro Subscription." (Shortcut here: https://canon.us/ewusub )
  4. Tap "View/Manage Subscription"
  5. Tap "Change Subscription" or "Cancel Subscription" on your desired option, and follow the prompts.

THE EASY WAY

  1. Log in to your My Canon Account https://canon.us/account 
  2. Come back here and go straight to manage your EOS Webcam Utility Subscription  https://canon.us/ewusub 
  3. Tap "View/Manage Subscription"
  4. Tap "Change Subscription" or "Cancel Subscription" on your desired option, and follow the prompts.

This looks complex, but it's seriously 3 clicks. 

I am posting screenshots with edit info for security reasons, when i get there, there is no option for me to cancel. Again, after i get to view/manage, the only thing it lets me change is my address and billing. Please call customer support at 1-800-652-2666, weekdays from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. (ET), so they can investigate this with you.

I got charged again with no solution before the moderators last supply, so I just went to my card and blocked charges coming from Canon. Only actually solution I have control of since I removed my card from my payments weeks before I was charged and somehow I was still charged.

You shouldn't have to have gone that far, so if you were still getting charged even after talking to our sales team, we recommend giving them a call back to let them know what happened so that they can make sure any errant charges are cleared up and avoided.  That number again is 1-800-652-2666 and that spells 1-800-OK-CANON.  We're open Monday through Friday.

This isn't an error, this is how your website is set up. I have the same thing on my end. There IS NO CANCEL OPTION. This is absolutely predatory. Previous commentor was right to block the card, and frankly a class action suit should be launched against Canon for this. It's clearly intentional that you offer no way to cancel on the account, and no way for individual support unless you register a product - THE WEBCAM UTILITY IS THE PRODUCT.

Over the last couple of weeks, our site(s) have undergone some changes, so I wanted to verify what was going on. It seems like the subscriptions shortcut link may not be working as we expect it to.

Instead, log into your Canon Account directly, THEN tap on subscriptions: https://canon.us/account  or https://myprofile.americas.canon.com/us/signin (not from the link at the top of the Canon USA site - that link doesn't always work for some reason). 
When you're signed in, you'll see "Welcome to your Canon Account" and your name, your registered products, and on the left, a button for "My Subscriptions" tap My Subscriptions

From there, you'll see the available subscriptions, Auto Replenishment Service, PIXMA Print Plan, and EOS Webcam Utility Pro Subscription:

You can see I subscribe to Auto Replenishment Servbice and EOS Webcam Utility Pro. Just tap on the red View Subscription button to see it:

And the above shows that I have an active Annual scription, and a cancelled monthly subscription. To view or manage the subscription, tap the link to view/manage it:
