We are not able to provide an invoice or estimate without our factory service technicians seeing your product first. However, I can say that the factory service centers use a tiered pricing structure for repairs based on the type of repair that is needed on the equipment. The tiers for the EOS R5 are as follows:
Minor = $239
Standard = $539
Major = $819
Unfortunately, I do not know what tier this particular issue would fall under. The FSC would provide that estimate to you once they have had a chance to look over the camera, and you have provided them with the problem description.
