cannon wont import picutures

hi i have a rebel SL1 and it wont import via usb anymore. any help would be great.

What computer and operating system?

Have you tried a new cable?

my cable is working and i have a macOS seirra version 10.12 1. i tired to finf the utility for ti but it said there wasnt one.

I believe there are issues with EOS Utility USB connection in macOS Sierra. 

Use the SD card reader if your computer has one or an external SD card reader.
