battery charge indicator

does 1 line in square mean 50% charged and 2 lines mean full? talking about lcd screen for indication of charge percent.. ref eos t4i.

Hi, Priya! Here's a look at the battery level indicator for the EOS Rebel T4i as shown in the instruction manual. Hope this helps!

At best the battery level indicator is a guesstimate and the manual for the T4i( and others ) proves that. This is from the T4i manual. As already mentioned if you put a fully charged battery in and it reads 2 bars and not full then it is time for a new battery.
