Video Settings Missing on EOS-1D X Mark III

After updating firmwear many of the setings for video function are missing in my 1DX M111 can some one help please

Hi I have done that 2 times reset the camera, and my slowmo function is gone 

I don’t use the video function, so can’t help with that. Sorry.

I realy need this to work by tomorrow, I hope someone can help, I tried to download 1.6 update firmware and it doe snot work it will not extract the file

Top photo looks like NTSC setting. Bottom photo looks like PAL setting.

Extracting the .fir file is a computer issue. Windows or macOS?

I really appreciat eyou trying, I checked it is the same in both NTSC and Pal, I just updated to the latest, and it is no different, I RESET to manufacturers settings agan and still the same, feeling very frustrated I hope someone can help
