HI!, HELLO!, I HAVE A CANON R50 AND I WAS DOING TESTS TO DO TETHERING WITH MY MACBOOK AIR (A2337). BOTH EOS UTILITY, LIGHTROOM AND CAPTURE ONE RECOGNIZE THE CAMERA AND DISPLAY THE SHOOTING CONTROL BAR, HOWEVER WHEN TAKING PHOTOGRAPHS SELECTING THE FILE SAVE ON THE CARD AND THE COMPUTER, THESE ARE NOT COPIED ON THE COMPUTER. I would like to know what I can do?

Without all caps, can you tell us which program you are using to tether when you are having this problem?

Hello!, I have used capture one and lightroom classic. I have also tried EOS Utility 3. As an extra piece of information, when I used capture one on my iPad mini with my Canon R50, tethering did work.

I have 1D X Mark III. On my PC EOSU3 will save to camera and computer. With LrC I don't see an option in LrC to select save to both, but when I did a test shot it was saved to both the computer and the camera.

Nocivo,
In the short term, until you can get the program to work, you might just have to transfer the photos from the card to the computer using a card reader.

You can’t have more than one app that talks to the camera open at the same time. You must close all but the one you want to use.
Also, make certain that you are using a USB data cable, not a power charging cable. Be sure to go into the camera menu and enable USB.
