Did you mean:

Smaller video size when streaming M50

Hey, I don't know what setting I changed that now my video is too small when streaming. The canvas is bigger than the video itself. I tried with different platforms and it's always the same, which means it is a camera setting. Do you know what I am doing wrong? Here is an image. Look how much black space I have! Thank you in advance. canon.png

Did you change the aspect ratio?

Also, check the movie recording size:

Oh, I thought this would solve it, I was so excited, it changed, but just a little bit, the problem persists 😞 But thank you anyway for your time!

Did you change a setting in your streaming software?

You could try resetting your camera settings and custom functions to default.

What is your aspect ratio set at? Also, what is your movie recording size set to?

When you are not sure what happened and you don't know why it is best to do a full reset of the camera back to default settings. I bet that will clear it up.

In the image you posted, the frame of the video content is at a 3:2 ratio.  The standard ratio you'll want to use for HD or UHD footage would be 16:9 which would lead to having more content along the right and left edges.   I've outlined that ratio's area using red:
