Resetting Canon EOS R10

Was not sure where to put this.  Maybe someone will be able to offer guidance.

Am trying to reset a Canon EOS R10 to basic settings.  I went to cam.start.canon to look for online help

and the visual of the camera screen is not the same as the one in my hand, so, it was not useful.

Any ideas out there ?

The camera cannot be reset with the top mode dial set to A+ Mode. The camera needs to be set to the Creative Zone (B, M, Av, Tv, P & Fv) modes on the top mode dial. The camera can then be reset to factory from there.
