R5 - Registered C3 is disabled

R5 - I registered C3 with some custom settings but can’t choose it from the Mode dial. Why is it greyed out?

Check your Custom Settings. On the 1D X III only C1 and C2 are active in factory settings.

Thanks for your response! I figured out how to customize this in Menu, Custom, Restrict Shooting Modes, Enable, Detail Set. Then check or uncheck the modes needed. Whew!
