Hi, I'm trying to send the images on my canon eos M50 to my mac using the wifi. I'm using on my mac Big Sur (11.2.3) and the eos utility 3 (3.13.20.4). The mac correctly recognize the wifi of the canon but when I open the eos utility 3 does not appear the black window of the pairing over WI-FI/LAN. Instead, appear directly the window with the 3 options (remote shooting - download images and settings) and I can't click anything. How can I solve this problem?

You're one step closer than me because my Mac Studio doesn't recognize it over WIFI or plugged directly via USB. And it is clear that Canon is abandoning the M50 camera because they won't even allow me to register mine and there only response I've gotten is that "the EOS utility is not necessary with the newer Apple operating system". Ridiculous.
