Hello, I have a 5d mk iv and iPhone 13 pro. The camera was previously connected to my old phone but since I have upgraded I haven’t been able to connect to this phone using Canon connect at all. I found it to be a fairly straight forward process before but this has been incredibly difficult, I can’t seem to get past the first step. Also when I upgraded the phone the app had also updated so it looks completely different than before, I can’t even register the camera. Very frustrating!
