My Macbook will no longer connect with my Cannon Rebel xti.

I have yosemeti 10.10.3 on my Mac. I use to be able to dowload photos with ease but at some point, after some update I preseume, I am no longer able to make my computer detect my Cannon camera. I have used 2 different USB cards as well as a Card Reader. Nothing works. Please help.

Are you saying no USB connected devices are recognized?

That is correct. I used my cannon usb as well as a non cannon one and neither worked. My cannon usb cord has always worked in the past, as long as I have had my camera. I also used the sim card reader but it was not detected by Mac either.

It worked! Thank you jrhoffman75! I can get my photos off my camera and onto my computer again! Yay!
