Manual Mode Locked on Canon 80D

Hi everyone,

I am new user and stuck on manual mode, where my camera doesn't allows me to change Aperture and Shutter speed, However ISO can be altered.

I don't know either I messed up with setting or what. I had been pulling off my hair this whole time.

Please help or else I'll go bald.

The display shows P and the mode dial shows M. If the display shows P the mode dial should also show P. Have the mode dial plate felt off before and you have glued it back wrong? I had to glue back the plate on one of my 6D cameras.

Hi Peter,
Neither my mode dial palate has felt nor have I glued it back. The Problem is even if the mode is on Tv it still shows P.

The issue is fixed on reinstalling software from service center on the camera
