Is canon rebel t3 comes with factory warranty ?

I brought this camera on NOv 28 2013. And battery kind of low now. I need new battery. I'm wondering if it's cover by warranty before buying new one.

If you bought it new from Canon Authorized dealers then you have 1 year warranty. I have never exchange the battery so I don't know if it covered or not.

I am going to guess, if I understand your question correctly, the battery is not covered.  But a low battery can be more than just the battery.

It could be a faulty charger and/or anything related to the charging of the battery.  Typically Canon batteries last for years.

Or it could just be how you use your camera.  For instance do you shoot a lot of video?
