Hi. I'd like to use my 450D as a webcam. I've read online about people who have been able to set this up using Live shooting.
Could you help? I'm particularly interested in:
1, What kind of cable would I need to take the feed? Is the digital output to USB adequate or do I need an HDMI converter?, and
2, What app or software would do the job?
Thank you!

For a camera that old, you will probably need to go the HDMI capture route.
