How do I update the firmware on my Canon EOS R camera using Linux? I don't have access to macOS/Windows products.

I assume your OS will recognize and access a ZIP file. Download a Windows version of the firmware, which will be a xxxxxx.ZIP file. Extract the FIR from the ZIP, transfer it to the root of your SD card, and perform the update.
Just a reminder. Camera firmware is not computer specific, just the container (ZIP or DMG). ZIP being compatible with more systems.
