I selected Shooting Info Display, Screen Info Settings, checked only selection #2 (which gave me the histogram) and unchecked the rest. I clicked on Info Edit Screen and checked selection 1, 4 and 5 and hit ok (again included histogram).
Under Shooting Info Display, I also modified VF Info/toggle settings and unchecked selections 1 and 2 and only checked 3 (histogram).
Lastly, under Shooting Info Display, I selected Brightness Info, Histogram Setting, Brightness/RGB and changed it to Brightness with a small display size.
After all this, no live histogram! Any other ideas?

Is that covered in the manual?
John, since I don't have the R6 III (yet), I haven't read through much of the manual. But I did a text search of the PDF and found this on page 480. When you stop and think, it totally makes sense.
There could be more in the manual to explain how to make your histogram "live", but I didn't see it.
