EOS R7 won't allow firmware update

I'm trying to update my R7 firmware from 1.3.1 to 1.5.0. I've downloaded the file and copied it to a formatted card but when I try to load it onto the camera I get a message saying:

Update Firmware?

1.3.1 > 1.5.0

EOSR7150.FIR

Cancel      OK   (boxes)

The trouble is the OK box is greyed out so I can't load it. Any ideas?

Did you try selecting the greyed out OK option?

You have to use the main dial next to the shutter button to move the selection to the ok button then press the SET button as the touchscreen is not active at that stage of the firmware update.

err - that button is not next to the shutter button but is at the back of the camera to the right of the screen door - but yes click right then set.

He is talking about the main dial:

Either control will work.

Yeah, it took me a while to figure it out, too.

You need to use the right arrow on the 4 way selector on the lower right side back of the camera (I forget what it's called) to move right and select the OK button.

Good luck!
