EOS R5 Mark II Eye Control AF Won't Calibrate

Please help. After >20 attempts, I have not been able to achieve a single successful calibration of the Eye Control AF.  I have tried both eyes, with and without glasses, and on two copies of the R5 MkII.  Firmware is updated to v101.

Problem was resolved and calibration worked correctly after performing a "Delete All" on the saved calibration data even though no data had ever been saved previously.

I am also having the same issues. It freezes at the first point then the camera shuts off are a while. I can’t delete data because there is no data to delete. I’m on V1.0.2

Please indicate how to "delete all" since my screen shows instead the option "clear all customized controls"

Is there another way to get rid of the eye control symbol flashing in the lower right corner with an exclamation sign "!"
