EOS T7i , EF 18-55mm lens, White circles on photo

Hello I am using a canon t7i with a canon 18-55mm lens. When I use A+ mode or AV I get these white circles on my photos. I have had dust on the mirror issues in the past but those are typically gray circles or marks. I've been doing photography for about 8 years and never had this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you see anything on the sensor if you actuate manual sensor cleaning? Was it just that particular day when you were shooting or does it happen if you take an image today?

What are we looking at?  Is this how the camera displays the photo?  Or is this a computer display?

Excellent question:

@Avalaris09, are you seeing this on the back LCD screen of your camera only, on images captured only (when you use Live View to capture an image, the scene looks normal), or do they look fine on the camera, but the spots show up after you transfer them off the camera to a computer, mobile device, or elsewhere?

It's a cell phone picture of cameras view finder. I can use my Sim card reader and upload the actual photo but you can see the issue pretty clear

Thank you so much for your response. It does translate to the photo when viewed on a laptop unfortunately. There is no visible dirt or particulate on the front part of the lense. I haven't looked at the back. I do have a handheld squeeze "air blower" device and can give that a go. I'm hesitant to use it on the camera mirror itself. I know it's no good to use compressed air as it can leave a oily film on your lens or mirror. It's perplexing and frustrating.

Does this anomaly appear in your photos?  Or is it limited to just the viewfinder?

It would not be associated with the mirror.   You need to look at the sensor. You are correct about not using compressed air.
Per my earlier post - are you still seeing it or just that shoot.
Did you change lenses that day? Was it raining? Perhaps water drops?

It doesn't seem to be happening in manual mode and didn't seem to happen during this morning's golden hour shots. It was drizzling prior to those photos but not while I was taking them. It even happened in AV mode with no flash the circles were smaller than in the example I showed. I've shot photos in the past with very light drizzle similar to last night and don't remember having this issue.

It does appear on the photos when I view them on my laptop. The circles are smaller in AV mode but still there in some shots. Thank you for your reply
