EOS R7 won't update firmware

Hello everyone! 

My canonR7 does not want to update from 1.1.0 to 1.3.1 I have followed all the instructions and I get a notice that says “The memory card containing firmware is required to update. Pressed OK and nothing happens. Any suggestions?

Make sure that you are downloading firmware for the correct camera.

Make sure that you are downloading from the correct “country of origin” web site.

Make sure to use an SD card that has been freshly formatted in the camera.  UNZIP the downloaded file, and install the firmware FIR file in the roof directory of the SD card.
