EOS R7 won't let me adjust F-stop or focus

I have a Canon R7 that ended up losing the ability to focus. Had it sent into Canon and they sent it back "Fixed". However I still don't have the ability to focus or to adjust FStop. Updated to the latest firmware, nothing. My theory is that it is simply not interfacing with the lenses (Tried swapping Lenses). Anyone have a solution or idea of what to try?
