EOS R7 - Mode dial not working.

When I select TV the camera shows AV. Bulb mode is replaced by manual. 

This is about the 4th time this had happened. But this time I can't clear it.

The rotary encoder switch under the mode dial is causing this problem If in the U.S. contact 1800 OK Canon for service. Get a quote first before making the repair.
