Hello, recently my mode dial on my EOS R50 (Black) has broken. It's physically fine but when switching the dial the mode on my camera won't change. My camera has been stuck on Program auto and Shutter Priority Mode. Any amount of switching on the dial doesnt effect the camera, it just stays stuck on the previously mentioned modes.
I've done some research and I've seen that appearnly this is an issue with certain R50's however my camera serial code starts with 36 and isn't in the range of previously reported issues. Thank you for your time.
