I have an R5. I just got a new ipad pro and am unable to get the camera to connect. It is getting err65 and says lan connection lost. It never did that with my old ipad pro. I have no other devices except my iphone, which i can get the camera to connect to with no issues. I did have the camera forget the ipad and try again, but still with no luck. I have also had it forget and reset network setting, no luck. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

Liz,
Please take this with a grain of salt. I have no idea if this will work in your case.
Does your iPad have a Sim card?
Here's why I ask. I use a different app to connect my Android tablet to my camera. My tablet does not have a Sim card, and just on a hunch, when I first set it up, I told the app to connect to a computer instead of a phone. It worked like a charm, and I haven't had any trouble at all.

It does not have a SIM card. I reset the network connection and tried again but was only able to connect once. I might try to connect the iPad as a computer instead of a smart phone. It’s worth a try
Thanks!!!!
