EOS R5 Unable to change Movie Rec Quality setting

I went to review & change video quality on my R5, and found nothing in the menu to do so. I googled online, and reviewed a Canon page that detailed how to do it. However, my menu has no such "Movie rec quality" anywhere to be found. Why is this?

What mode is the camera in. If its in Auto Mode a lot camera settings aren't available. Or if your in stills mode video options won't appear. The camera needs to be in video mode for those options to appear.
