EOS R5 Mark II is turned off but certain buttons turn it back on

IS there anybody has similar issue? I have R5 II power issue. When the power switch at off positive, the camera can be turn on with certain buttons even the power button is at off positive. It has been repaired once without fixation.

I am sorry to hear that your EOS R5 Mark II camera is having a power issue. Let's go ahead and clear the customized controls settings on the camera. The following link will provide you with the steps to perform this task.

I would suggest to also update the firmware on the camera to ensure it is running on the latest version. The following link will open the product support page for the EOS R5 Mark II camera where the latest firmware update will be available for download. Step by step instructions are included in the download file to update the camera's firmware.

In case the issue persists, then we would suggest on sending the camera back to our factory service center. I see that you have mentioned that you have already sent the camera to the facility once before. If it has been within 12 months from when the camera was purchased, then please reach out to our phone support team for assistance on how to send the unit back to our facility. They can be reached at 1-800-652-2666, Monday through Friday between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm ET.

I did all those without success. So, the camera went back Canon Repair. But, I found the problem was still there. I have had many Canon Camera in th epast. Now I have doubt the quality of Canon.

While the behavior you are experiencing could be a valid concern, I wouldn't let it cloud or influence your confidence in the brand.  It doesn't sound like your experience with support went smoothly.  All repairs come with a warranty.  I suggest you give Canon the opportunity to make it right.  I know being without your camera is a bummer, but the sooner you get your issue addressed, the sooner you can put this behind you.
