I recently brought my R5 on vacation and at some point inadvertently switched from L smooth arc image quality to L jagged arc image quality. I was shooting RAW+JPEG. I know the JPEG quality will be degraded somewhat but will the RAW also be affected? Will I be able to get a decent 18x 24” enlargement from these images? Thanks!

No. Only JPeG will be effected.

No. The RAW quality is independent of the JPEG quality. So as long as you didn't also set things to CRAW (Compact RAW), you'd still have the highest quality RAW.
