Hi, so today i tested my canon r10s burst mode for the first time and after shooting i noticed i can view the photos but cant select one individual one to SET and export as the button is greyed out.

From what I understand, burst shots are saved as a set or roll, almost like a movie file.
Your manual explains how to extract single images from a roll in RAW burst shooting. Look in the Table of Contents under Playback - Still Photo Extraction from RAW Burst Images. It's almost at the bottom of the Playback chapter.

You can also extract from the Raw Burst roll using Canons free "Digital Photo Professional 4" found on the same support site.
