They say full frame works better in low light I don't know what low like they talking about they also say telescopic lenses are not good in low light these myth I second guess all the time. My Canon EOS 90 with the 70-300 mm nano usm ii lens did great. I even waited till it got darker and still pull a reflection

Hi, TalmeedL! Thanks for all these posts. When you put up new content, please use the camera icon in the edit window to add your image as part of your post so that everyone can see your cool photos. When you include them as file attachments, people have to download them to see them and those extra steps can be inconvenient.
The camera icon looks like this:
I've gone back and edited your previous posts to insert the corresponding image and then remove the file attachment.
And as for this post, the image's file size was too big. If you could edit it to make it smaller and then try posting it again, that'd be great! You can just edit your post here to include it.
Happy snapping! 😀📷

TalmeedL,
I think it's because a crop sensor, or an APS-C camera narrows your field of view somewhat and doesn't allow as much light in. It;s kind of like when you squint your eyes when you go out in the bright sunshine.
In a low-light situation, you want to allow as much light in as you can, because there is not much there to begin with. APS-C cameras can do just fine, you just have to take that into account and adjust your settings accordingly.
Also, a cropped sensor is just that. It's cropped, so the same picture on a crop sensor camera will be slightly larger than on a full frame sensor camera by a factor of 1.6 or 1.5.
