EOS 6D won't record video

Hi guys,

I'm trying to buy a Canon eos 6d from a friend but each time I try recording video it tries for 1s and then it cancels the action.

What type of SD card do you have in the camera? If it’s a slow speed card it might not be able to keep up with the constant write speed required.
