Solved: EOS 5D mk IV - Touch shutter missing from screen i...

On my EOS 5D mk IV, the touch shutter "button" is not displayed on my screen when in live view function. I do have touch shutter enabled in the menu. I turned it off and back on and it is still not usable. I am on firmware 1.4. Any suggestions?

Is the lock switch on by any chance. Is the lock switch setup by any chance to disable the touch screen.
