EOS 5D mk IV - Touch shutter missing from screen in live view

On my EOS 5D mk IV, the touch shutter "button" is not displayed on my screen when in live view function. I do have touch shutter enabled in the menu. I turned it off and back on and it is still not usable. I am on firmware 1.4. Any suggestions? Eric
