EOS 5D mk IV - Touch shutter missing from screen in live view

On my EOS 5D mk IV, the touch shutter "button" is not displayed on my screen when in live view function. I do have touch shutter enabled in the menu. I turned it off and back on and it is still not usable. I am on firmware 1.4. Any suggestions?

Is the lock switch on by any chance. Is the lock switch setup by any chance to disable the touch screen.

Yes, it was the lock switch.  Thanks for the quick response and fix.
