EOS 5D Mark IV no reset option

My wi fi stopped working. When I tried to restore factory settings the only option available was “multi function lock”.
Any ideas

Wi-Fi has its' own reset.  it is advisable to initially use the default camera name until you can establish a connection.

What Wi-Fi setup instructions are you following?
