EOS 5D Mark IV How to record to both memory cards

Hello,

I've been searching high and low for days and haven't found anything. I want my Canon 5D IV to record to both memory cards, but it's not working. "Multiple Recording" is enabled in the menu, but it only ever records to the card I've selected under "Playback." Photos are saved to both cards, but not videofiles. I've already tried different cards and changed the video quality, but nothing helps. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks!

That is correct, movies can only be saved to either the CF or SD cards, not both at the same time.

Thank you!
Do I understand it right that it's not possible to safe video files to both cards?
