I have 250D camera, I have attached Tamron zoon lense to it. When I click a photo through eye price with full zoom I get a, blank image, but if I shoot with the LCD view I get a picture. What doni do to get a picture through eye piece.

Welcome.
When you say Full zoom do you mean the maximum focal length; i.e. with a 100-400 lens at 400mm?
Does this happen at intermediate settings?
Is the camera indicating focus achieved through the viewfinder - the green dot in lower right lights up?
What settings/ mode are you using?

It is 18 to 270 and i get this issues once I cross 100. I have used it in P and A setting. This lense is working fine in 450 D model.

Is the shutter actuating when in viewfinder mode?
Can you upload one of the blank image files to Dropbox or One Drive so we can examine?
