Does save settings on card with R5 save all setting or just the custom settings?

Does the save settings on card menu item with the EOS R5 save ALL camera setting or just the custom settings?  The advanced manual does not make that clear.

The same wording as my 1D X.  The current shooting settings, menus settings and any Custom Function settings are saved.

A very convenient and useful capability.
